Use your mouse to click and drag identical cannons on top of each other to merge them into a higher-tier cannon. Click the menu buttons to deploy units, activate abilities, and manage your resources. Your cannons fire automatically at the opponent's side, but the real strategy lies in what you merge and when.

Pro-Level Merge Tactics: Don't merge everything immediately. Keeping a few tier-1 cannons provides consistent chip damage while you work toward higher-tier merges. The temptation to merge three tier-1s into a tier-2 is strong, but losing three sources of damage for one slightly stronger cannon can lose you the early game. Instead, merge when you have excess cannons that aren't contributing meaningful damage.

Scout your opponent's board constantly. If they're building toward a specific unit type, merge cannons that counter that strategy. For example, if they're stacking slow but powerful siege units, prioritize fast-attacking cannons that can eliminate those units before they fire. The economy of merging follows a simple rule: two identical units make one stronger unit. This means every merge reduces your total cannon count by one. Balance this carefully—having fewer but stronger cannons is great for burst damage, but having more cannons provides consistent pressure and makes it harder for your opponent to remove all your threats.

Timing your power spikes is what separates good players from great ones. If you notice your opponent just spent resources on a big merge, that's your window to deploy units while their damage output is temporarily reduced. Conversely, save your own big merges for when your opponent is vulnerable, not when they have a full board of cannons ready to punish your momentary weakness.
